CANCELLATION POLICY
- We do not entertain any cancellations of orders as soon as the payment is made since we start the processing immediately.

EXCHANGE POLICY
- You have up to 7 days to return items purchased at Vivaaha. Items must be in original condition than once delivered else it will not be accepted. For returning the item you will be in charge of the delivery.
- We refund the cost of the returned the items as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
