Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the item has been shipped. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request an exchange:
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the item showing the issue.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will arrange an exchange for the same product or a similar item, depending on availability.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
